Customer service lacking at front desk but worse is the fact that they never seem to have an appointment when you are sick. They say to call that morning and they will usually have a few sick appts avail but so far trying 3 times in 2 months and nothing avail. They then refer you to Fast Med urgent care. I guess they get referrals or something.
Very hard to get anyone to answer the phone. even harder to get an appointment if you are sick. They say go to Fast Med if you're sick. If you do have an appointment and go in you rarely see a patient in the waiting room. Is this real doctors office?
The reception/front desk staff was very discourteous due to my insurance. Instead of showing some genuine customer service, they instead treated me as if I was the insurance company and wrote me off. I understand that people have to be paid but to not even offer me service at my own expense is beyond acceptable. My PCP was listed as a different provider but my husband who has the same policy number has this doctor as the PCP. The staff would not even consider making a call to the insurance to help solve. Front staff needs a little customer service training.
